[12.07.2009] Phra Nakhon Khiri is a nice place to go. You can take a cableway to get up to the former summer palace of King Rama IV, visit the palace and later walk to the other attractions on the hill. The monkeys are nice to look at, too.

[13.03.2009] The Castell de Montjuic is a nice excursion from the city center. You can get great views over the city of Barcelona, the ocean and the harbour from there. Two coffee shops can be found and a military museum. The trip with the small cable car up to the castle is nice, too. There is no entrance fee if you want to see the castle only but not the museum.
